Extremely careful processing
During the manufacturing process, we continually strive to provide customer feedback on possible improvements where both the customers and LMV is a winner. When there is requirements for accuracy, we have the opportunity to meet tolerances out of the ordinary. We often work with 1/1000 mm precision and even greater details up to 10 tonnes.
Our FMS facility (with 30 palettes and 720 tools) are capable of tolerances out of the ordinary and swallows large volumes. Furthermore, we have big grinders and temperated measure rooms with the most accurate measuring machines and our own calibration of the measurement tools!
